Account for the Unexpected – Your schedule may not always fit and that’s OK; the point is to harness your most productive times to use for your most challenging tasks, and save the more mundane tasks for you least productive times. 4. Put it all Together – Match up your activities with particular times. Start with anything that has to be done at a certain time each day.
